- Conference rooms are disinfected before and after each closing.
- Refinance closings are primarily conducted at the borrower’s residence. Closer can remain outside of residence if necessary.
- Social distancing will be respected while conducting business in-office.
- The majority of CCTS employees are working remotely.
- A Bill which would enable Remote Online Notarization (RON)
- nationwide is currently being pushed through congress. This would allow the borrower in many circumstances to close alone in their residence without the physical presence of the closer/notary public who would instead be on a webcam.
