Holly has been an integral part of the ongoing success of Cherry Creek Title Services since 1993. As the title department manager and a member of our legal team, Holly maintains impeccable standards to ensure the integrity of each policy issued. Her legal background enables her to recognize title defects, assess risks and offer curative solutions. She personally oversees all transactions and works closely with the closing staff to resolve title requirements and satisfy closing conditions. Her overall goal is to maintain the highest standards in every aspect of the title search and examination process.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Research and examination of the chronological documentation given in an abstract of title, identification and resolution of complex title conveyances. Adverse matters of title actions, bankruptcy, receiverships, probate, conservatorships, dissolution of marriage, liens against property, foreclosure and forgery.
